1. What Fanta Finanza Is

Fanta Finanza is an educational game that simulates financial markets using virtual money. No real money is involved in gameplay. Under Italian law (D.Lgs. 58/1998 — TUF), this service does NOT constitute financial advice, investment recommendation, or solicitation.

2. Your Account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to register (GDPR digital consent age).
  • One person, one primary account. Multiple accounts for invite farming are not allowed.
  • You are responsible for your password. We recommend 10+ characters with mixed case and numbers.
  • We store only a cryptographic hash of your email — we cannot read it.

3. Virtual Money

The €10,000 portfolio is virtual. It has no real-world value. You cannot withdraw, transfer, or convert it. Portfolio performance is for educational comparison only.

4. Team Funds (Fondi di Squadra)

  • Funds pool virtual money from members. Contributions come from your virtual portfolio.
  • Fund rules mirror real financial regulations for educational purposes.
  • The Fund Manager (Gestore) makes trading decisions according to the fund's decision model.

5. Bot Connector

  • The Bot Connector allows you to connect your own trading algorithm via API.
  • Bots must respect rate limits (trades per day, reads per hour).
  • Abuse (excessive polling, attempted data scraping) may result in token revocation.

6. Fair Play

  • No offensive usernames, fund names, or chat messages.
  • No impersonation of other players, staff, or official entities.
  • No exploiting bugs — report them to info@fantafinanza.com.

7. Subscription & Payments

Fanta Finanza is currently free during the beta period. No payment is required to play. When the paid version launches, we will notify all players in advance. Pricing and terms will be published at that time.

8. Your Data (GDPR)

  • Download all your data anytime (Art. 15 & 20).
  • Delete your account and all data (Art. 17). Irreversible.
  • Consent records retained for 3 years after deletion (Italian Garante requirement).
  • Full details in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Italian courts.
