Fanta Finanza — Editorial Team

We're a small team: to actually understand how Italian tax, ETFs, and bonds work, we built a game. What you read here comes from that journey — real questions, official sources, documentation we needed for ourselves first.

How we verify what we write

Every blog article starts from an internal source-of-truth document: the Italian tax reference, the financial glossary, the strategy catalogue. Every rate, legal reference and date in those documents is checked against authoritative sources and logged with date + source.

The sources we use, in priority order:

One source for every number

When the law changes — a new rate, an updated deduction, a new deadline — we update everything together: blog articles, Learn pages, game logic. The number you read here is the same number the simulator uses to calculate your virtual taxes. If you see a difference between the two, that's a bug. Tell us.

What we don't do

  • We do not provide personalized financial advice. We are not registered with OCF (Italy's financial-advisor registry). What we write is educational material.
  • We do not recommend specific products. When we mention a ticker (VWCE, BTP Valore, ENEL) it's illustrative, not a recommendation.
  • We do not publish trading signals or market forecasts. The blog is about concepts, not bets.
  • We accept no paid affiliations or sponsorships from brokers, banks, or asset managers.

Found an error?

Tell us. We always fix at the source, so the same corrected version appears everywhere: blog articles, Learn pages, game simulator. The update date at the top of each article shows when it was last verified — if it changes after publication, you know something was revised.

Bonus: if you have a game account, a confirmed bug report earns you the 🐛 Bug Hunter badge, awarded manually by an admin after verification. See the game guide for the rest of the badge list.
