Fanta Finanza is an educational and gaming tool for learning about financial markets. It is not a financial advisory service, does not manage real assets, and does not execute trades on behalf of third parties. The capital used in the game is entirely virtual: no real transactions occur as a result of player actions.

OCF non-registration

Fanta Finanza is NOT listed on the register of financial advisors held by OCF (Organismo di vigilanza e tenuta dell'Albo unico dei Consulenti Finanziari — the Italian financial-advisor registry). Content published on the site — including blog articles, "Learn" pages, and explanations of bots and funds — does NOT constitute personalized financial advice under art. 1, paragraph 5-septies, of Italian D.Lgs. 58/1998 (Testo Unico della Finanza).
